COMPREHENSIVE SAFETY REVIEW MEETING

Four months from the date of your last meeting, you will return to our office for a Comprehensive Safety Review Meeting. Sixty days prior to this meeting, in order to do the best job for you, we will send you the most up-to-date copy of the Confidential Financial Planning Questionnaire (PDF). Please review it for missing or new information and mail back to us within thirty days. Your best result for this meeting is to clarify any insurance issues and to receive recommendations about ways to increase the safety of your plan further protecting the probability that you will accomplish your goals. In support of this, we will also send you the Insurance Review Fact Finder (PDF) which you should complete and return with the requested supporting documentation within thirty days. At the same time, you will also receive a Life Satisfaction Questionnaire (PDF). You will receive this each time you meet with us in order to track the areas that to enhance in order to be most satisfied in life. Also, at this time, you will receive recommendations regarding any insurance renewal dates or milestone or decision dates (life insurance decision dates, etc) that will occur BEFORE or near the next meeting date. In addition, you will receive confirmation of the next meeting date, so please bring your calendar.
