Mark Little founded Wall Street Services, Inc. in 1989 as an independent nationwide financial consulting and investment services firm, successfully serving clients coast-to-coast from Florida to Alaska. Over the past nineteen years Mark has conducted hundreds of dynamic and informative seminars around the U.S., helping wealthy individuals increase clarity about their values while making smart choices about their money, and building real wealth. In 1995 Mark was elected as a delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business and was selected by George W. Bush to Co-chair the 1996 Texas Governor's Conference on Small Business. Mark has served as the Chairman of the Board of the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, and has chaired and worked with a number of United Way agencies over the years. Mark served as Chairman for the San Antonio, Texas North East Independent School District bond election committee, the largest successful school bond election in the history of the state of Texas at the time. Mark has also served as the President of KLRN-TV Public Television Community Advisory Board. Originally from Houston, Texas Mark obtained his degree from Texas Christian University before embarking on a career in Finance.

David Gearhart is a CPA, MBA, Attorney licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Indiana. His legal experience includes corporate transactional and securities law with the largest law firm in Indianapolis and developing tax reduction strategies for a national consulting firm advising small and medium size businesses. Gearhart also has experience representing corporations in commercial litigation against insurance companies in state and federal courts. In addition to his legal experience, Gearhart has held the following accounting & finance positions: Chief financial officer for one of the nation's largest product development consulting firms; Chief financial officer for a start-up company that acquired a chassis division of General Motors and merged it with an existing business; Manager of corporate accounting for a national group of specialty hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical distributors and physician practice management companies; and CPA with accounting, auditing and income tax experience at a national accounting firm. Gearhart has also acted as a securities broker and investment advisor for one of the world's largest investment firms and as an instructor in the graduate program at the University of Phoenix.
